What Information Is Collected

• Account authentication: Your email address is collected and stored via Supabase to create and manage your account.
• Time tracking data: Sessions, clients, hours, dates, and task notes you enter are stored on Supabase servers.
• Billing rates: Client billing rates you configure are stored on Supabase servers.
• Payment processing: Invoices are generated through Stripe. Tally does not store your card or payment details — those are handled directly by Stripe.
• In-app purchases: Purchase history for any in-app purchases is managed by Apple via StoreKit. Tally does not store this information independently.
• Team workspace data: Workspace names, member email addresses, and member roles are stored on Supabase servers when you use team features.

What Is Not Collected

• Tally does not use analytics or ad tracking of any kind.
• Tally does not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Tally does not collect device identifiers, location data, or behavioral data.

How Your Information Is Used

• To authenticate you and provide access to your account.
• To store and display your time tracking data, clients, and invoices.
• To enable team collaboration features when applicable.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing for invoice generation. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Apple / StoreKit — in-app purchase management. See Apple Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected]. Your data will be removed promptly.

• This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
